Build credits vs use credits
Build credits are spent while you and the builder are making an agent. Use credits are spent when your agent answers someone. They are separate pools, so a busy agent never eats the budget you were going to build with.
Credits refresh monthly
Paid plans top both pools back up at the start of every billing period. Run out early and you can buy more without changing plan — nothing stops working, and nothing is charged automatically.
Change or cancel any time
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrade or cancel whenever you like and you keep everything you have already built and deployed until the period ends.
