Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancel any time from your account. Here is exactly what happens to your subscription, your deployments and your credits when you do.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your Something subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform and your live deployments until the end of your current billing cycle.
After the cycle ends, your account will downgrade to the free tier (or beta equivalent), which may result in the pausing of active deployments and connected voice agents.
No refunds
Because Something incurs immediate compute, hosting and third-party AI costs when you build and ship apps, all fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Prepaid credits
Credits used for specific AI actions, voice agent minutes or deployment compute are prepaid and non-refundable. They represent a limited license to access usage-based features and hold no cash value.
If a build comes back unsuccessful, or an AI Output requires regeneration, the credits consumed based on the effort and resources used are not eligible for restoration or refund.
If you cancel your subscription, any remaining rolled-over credits will remain frozen on your account until their stated expiration date.
How to cancel
Open Settings → Billing in your account and cancel there. The change takes effect at the end of the current billing period — nothing is torn down mid-cycle.
If you cannot reach your account settings, email support@trysomething.sh from the address on the account and we will action it for you.
Questions about a charge
Email support@trysomething.sh with the account email and the date of the charge. Plans and prices are listed on the plans page; the billing terms themselves live in our Terms of Service.
