Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Something covering the app builder, voice services and everything you deploy through us.
Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Something (“Something,” “we,” or “us”) to use trysomething.sh (the “Site”) and our AI app builder platform, voice services and deployment infrastructure (the “Services”).
By using the Site and our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of an entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Definitions
License to use our Services
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Services to describe, build, connect and ship AI-native applications. You maintain ownership of the applications you deploy and the code you export, subject to underlying third-party rights.
License restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code or algorithms underlying the Something platform.
- Use the Services in violation of applicable laws, or to generate harmful, misleading, unlawful or infringing content.
- Use the AI Output without appropriate review in high-risk contexts (medical, legal, financial or safety-critical uses).
- Bypass or disable any security, usage or connection controls.
AI Output & integrations
Something writes the backend, the UI, and deploys it based on your instructions. However, AI Output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating and testing any AI Output before relying on it for production use.
You are also responsible for the third-party apps you grant access to (e.g. Gmail, GitHub, Notion) and may revoke these connections at any time. We are not responsible for how third-party infrastructure or AI providers handle data under their own terms.
Subdomains & deployment
If you use our Services to deploy applications on Something subdomains (e.g. [your-app].trysomething.sh), you acknowledge that Something retains all ownership rights in the primary domain. We reserve the right to reclaim, reassign or suspend any subdomain to prevent impersonation, abuse or policy violations.
Subscriptions, fees and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Plan limits and credits are consumed as you use the Platform. Credits are prepaid and, except where required by law, non-refundable.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms or engaged in abusive usage of our deployment infrastructure. Current plans and prices are listed on our plans page; cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services and all AI Output are provided “as is.” We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the AI Output will be error-free or that deployments will be uninterrupted. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
